Cannot find anything to complain about here. Pricing is awesome. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have a large white German Shepherd and he came home WHITE! I have been to several shops in the area, and others did an okay job, but Ashley went beyond expectations with my buddy. Thanks Ashley (and to Christina for getting a shop to accommodate my pony sized dog).
We love the Dawg Shoppe! They take such good care of Chloe and Layla, and they groom them exactly the way we ask them to!
My dog is a shih tzu and has been apart of our family for five years. He makes a trip to the groomers about every 3 weeks and has been to 2 groomers in Tennessee and occasionally a quick appointment to a corporate grooming salon for last minute bookings. Christina Hoover has been Hals groomer for the past 5 months since relocating to Ohio and is by far mine and my dogs favorite groomer. Hal usually shivers with fear when we walk into a shop but with Christina he runs toward her with excitement, we even visit more frequently visits every 2 weeks. She does a fantastic thorough grooming job. Hal always smells amazing and looks fresh after a spa day at this salon. Not only does this spa offer great prices, its also very catered to your wants and needs and in a timely manor. The owner is professional, enthusiastic, and comforting in meeting your pets and yourself personal motives. I highly recommend this spa.
Christina is great. I don’t even have to leash Joey. I tell him we are going to see Christina he goes jumps in van and when we pull up he runs right up to the door & down to the table. She also has been always able to squeeze us in. This is not my first pet nor groomer but it is my last groomer. Christina Rocks!
We’ve been trying to find a groomer in Grove City after many lackluster experiences at the groomers in the big retail chains. I think we’ve found the winner! Heather did a fabulous job with Luna & I love that we didn’t have to leave her there all day. Luna has anxiety (and she’s actually prescribed medication for it), but when we picked her up she jumped up on Heather to give her a kiss goodbye! I have no doubt she was treated like the spoiled pup she is! Thanks again & we’ll be seeing you soon!
